Returns

All Spare Parts for Sale on our site will fit and are intended for use by qualified Compass (TM) branded luggage only. Please make sure that the your luggage is Compass (TM) branded. Some luggage styles may look alike, especially imitation luggage. However, these may use a different parts than those sold here.

All Sales are considered final and non-returnable, except in cases where the spare parts will not fit your luggage despite having an Original Compass (TM) branded Luggage. In cases such as these, you may return the parts to us for a full refund or we will make every effort to match you with the correct parts for your Compass (TM) branded Luggage.
